Our online system programmers have fixed the crossover rule and you can now assign the crossovers for your participants and coaches.
Before you assign your crossovers, make sure your athlete and coach is also registered in the crossover account with the exact same name (no spelling mistakes) and birth date. You can check your athletes/coaches crossover by going to:
- Events on main menu;
- Click “Go!” against the event your athlete/coach is attending;
- Click on “Docs, Report and Results” tab;
- Click on “Rosters” or “Crossovers” link
To re-allocate their home team / crossovers, go to:
- Events
- Click “Go!” against the event your athlete/coach is attending;
- Click “Update CROSSOVERS”;
- Select the home team for your athlete/coach (the account which the 1st division fee should be applied)
