Here’s a quick guide to using the registration system. Click to play the tutorial videos.
Step 1: Add Athletes and Coaches
Video Update: Coach competition fees no longer applies. Athletes crossover fees are applied only to crossovers within an account and NOT cross-account.
Step 2: Create Teams and Register for Competition

Step 4: Submit Participant Release and Waiver (PRW) Form
If your organization is processing the waiver forms on behalf of all your athletes, you can do it in one of the following 2 ways:
Submission via Online Registration
- Print out the blank waiver form available under Events – Docs, Reports & Results – Documents Related to this Event
- Pass the blank form to your athletes/parents to complete the form.
- Send the waiver to your company email (designate your company email as Parent Email). Check spam mail to make sure you have received the waiver link. It will be one email one waiver link per athlete (each athlete’s waiver link is unique).
- Once you receive the completed forms, click on the link in the waiver email for the athlete and complete the waiver on behalf of the athlete/parent. For signature, please type the athlete/parent’s name.
- Submit the completed online waiver and keep the hard copy of the waiver form for your reference.
Submission via Email
This is only for teams who experience technical difficulties in submitting the PRW forms via online registration system.
- Print out the blank waiver form available under Events – Docs, Reports & Results – Documents Related to this Event
- Pass the blank form to your athletes/parents to complete the form.
- Scan the completed forms and arrange them by alphabetical order of the Last Name in a SINGLE PDF FILE.
- Email the PDF file to the official email with the subject header: <Account ID> Waiver Forms. E.g. 12345 Waiver Forms
