Crossover Accounts Update

Our online system programmers have fixed the crossover rule and you can now assign the crossovers for your participants and coaches.

Before you assign your crossovers, make sure your athlete and coach is also registered in the crossover account with the exact same name (no spelling mistakes) and birth date. You can check your athletes/coaches crossover by going to:

  1. Events on main menu;
  2. Click  “Go!” against the event your athlete/coach is attending;
  3. Click on “Docs, Report and Results” tab;
  4. Click on “Rosters” or “Crossovers” link

To re-allocate their home team / crossovers, go to:

  1. Events
  2. Click  “Go!” against the event your athlete/coach is attending;
  3. Click “Update CROSSOVERS”;
  4. Select the home team for your athlete/coach (the account which the 1st division fee should be applied)

Crossover Accounts

We have received emails on crossover issues where athletes registered on two or more accounts are being charged twice for the first division fee. Our programmers are currently working round the clock to get this issue rectified. In the meantime, please proceed with the registration and we will do a waiver of the extra charges from our admin side for your account. If you have encountered this issue, please email us with your account ID and athlete name so we can highlight your case for our processing.

We have created a new FAQs for common registration enquiries we received by far and will continually update it to help serve you better. If you encounter any issues during registration, please do refer to our registration guide (updated with screenshots!) and FAQs to see if your solution is right there waiting for you!

A gentle reminder: Please remember to send the waiver (Participant Agreement) form to all your participants. Participants are required to send in the waiver at least seven [7] days before the competition. Find out how to send the waiver here.

Our staff will be on leave for the Lunar New Year holidays from January 27th to 30th. Early Bird Registration

FI - ACIC2017dWe are now left with 8 days to end of Early Bird Registration. Have you registered yet? Please note that the deadline is based on the payment date (not registration date).

Once you have made your payment, please go to cheerleading.com.sg/paf to fill up the Payment Advice Form to allow us to track your payment.

Due to the Chinese New Year holidays, local banks will be closed from 27th – 30th January. Please make your payment in good time before the holiday season.
