Please ensure that you <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">complete all four steps<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The 4 steps in summary:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Save a copy of the invoice<\/li>\n<li>Make payment<\/li>\n<li>Submit payment details via email<\/li>\n<li>Wait for payment confirmation <em>(up to 10 working days)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If registration is done via email submission instead of online registration system, please click <a href=\"https:\/\/aseactivesports.com\/events\/competitions\/payment-information-for-registration-via-email-submission\/\">here<\/a> for payment information.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Step one [1] to three[3] must be completed and payment must be received by the registration deadline in order to be eligible for the registration phase competition fees.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1>Step 1: Save a Copy of the Invoice<\/h1>\n<p>Save a copy of the invoice by clicking on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201c<strong>EMAIL Invoice to Contact<\/strong>\u201d at the top right corner of your invoice.<br \/>\nA PDF version of the invoice will be sent to the email of the contact person registered to the account;OR<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;<strong>PRINT this Page<\/strong>&#8221; and printing the invoice in PDF format using your PDF converter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>IMPORTANT NOTE<br \/>\n<\/strong>It is your responsibility to ensure that all your teams properly registered. Registered teams are reflected under the \u201cREGISTRATIONS\u201d section of the invoice.<\/p>\n<p>If there are teams not registered to a division, it will appear under the \u201cMESSAGES\u201d section. Click for a larger view.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h1>Step 2: Make Payment<\/h1>\n<p>Payment is to be made <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>BY THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE<\/strong><\/span> to be eligible for the competition fees rate.<br \/>\n<em>Exception: Payment by GeBiz, GIRO, Vendors @ GOV<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Invoice Number<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nPlease include the invoice number, found on top left corner of invoice \u201cInvoice #XXXXX\u201d, in the remarks, comments, or reference section if available when you make the payment. Receipt will not be issued unless requested.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Any remarks or special instructions (if any)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Payment via GEBIZ \/ VENDORS @ GOV \/ GIRO<\/h2>\n<p>Attach \/ Include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Invoice<\/li>\n<li>Information needed for Billing\n<ol>\n<li>Ministry\/Statutory Board<\/li>\n<li>Department<\/li>\n<li>Sub-Business Unit<\/li>\n<li>Attention To<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Any remarks or special instructions (if any)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h1>Step 4: Wait for Payment Confirmation<\/h1>\n<p>Thank you for your registration. Please note that the submission of payment information is not considered payment received.<\/p>\n<p>We will track your payment via the information you have provided us and will apply it to your account (reflected on the invoice on the online registration website). If you have submitted your payment within a week from the registration deadline, it will take us longer to revert back to you due to the registration crunch and high volume of emails we experience nearer to the deadline.<\/p>\n<p>If you are worried that we did not receive your payment in time, you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make the payment earlier, at least more than 1 week before the deadline, so we can respond to you faster;<\/li>\n<li>Check your bank balance. If payment is successful, you should see a deduction in your bank balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We should get back to you within <strong>5 working days<\/strong> from the date of your email. If we did not get back to you, please email us again via\u00a0the <strong>SAME PAYMENT INFORMATION EMAIL YOU\u2019VE SENT<\/strong> (this will help bump the email up our inbox) and we will get to you real soon. Please do not email us requesting an update on payment during the 10 working days period to avoid further delays in our response time.<\/p>\n<h1>Late Payment<\/h1>\n<p>For late payment of incomplete payment amounts and late payment after the event is subjected to a 1.5% per month late fee.
