Phase 2: ICU Judging Course<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Video judging, testing, review (passing = 80% or higher)<\/li>\n<li>Classroom instruction, written testing<\/li>\n<li>The Practical Test will be conducted in shadow judging format during the Asia Cheerleading Invitational Championships.
