Gentle reminders

  • Use Existing Account
If you have registered for our competition online last year, use the same account to register for our competition so you will not need to key in your athletes’ information again.
  • Athletes and Coach Registration
We have come across almost similar names of athletes and coaches with similar birth dates and gender in the database. Please note that if the names are different, even an additional space would means the athlete / coach is not recognised as same person in the system (system needs to match first/last name, birth date and gender). This will mean athletes/coaches will pay extra competition fees, since the system cannot identify crossovers in this case. As a special treat, email us to enjoy a complimentary change of athlete/coach information. Offer stands till 15 January 2018.
  • Combine Multiple Teams Under One Account
You can register different teams under the same account. So unless you require separate billing, registering ALL your teams under the SAME account will enable you to manage your teams with more ease. You can import your participants list from other existing accounts through Participants-Add Participants-Transfer.
