Event Ticketing

Entry is free of charge to team supporters and members of the public. There are limited seats and are on first-come-first-served basis. As seats are non-ticketed, we strictly prohibit reservation of seats. To ensure maximization of the seats, please do not leave empty seats between you and the next person.

Photography policy (click to view) and code of conduct (please see below) applies to all spectators.

Entry is free of charge to team supporters and members of the
public.

Limited ticketing seating are available. Tickets can be bought at the Ticketing Booth on the event day. Tickets are sold by per session. Please check that you have purchased the correct session. No refund will be given for the wrong
purchase.

Price: SGD20.00 per ticket per session
Children aged 2 and below need not purchase a ticket but will be required to sit on an adult’s lap.

There will be 80 seats available for sale for each session. Only cash payment is accepted.

Ticketing booth opens at 8:15am on Saturday and 11:00am on Sunday

Please remain seated when the team is performing to avoid blocking the judges.

Code of Conduct

We like to create a positive experience for everyone by encouraging great sportsmanship at our championships. As such, a code of conduct is adopted for all championships and championships-related events to ensure that a spirit of sportsmanship and integrity is maintained in the heat of the competition. All behaviours should be kept professional and respectful.

ASE and event staff reserves the right to refuse entry or evict spectators, team supporters, entourage, and VIPs who are unsporting, disruptive, refuses to abide to event staff requests and/or in violation of the code of conduct.

Spectators, team supporters, entourage, and VIPS should not commit an unsporting act or conduct which includes, but is not limited to the, such as:

  1. Disrespectfully addressing or contacting an official or gesturing in such a manner as to indicate antipathy.
  2. Harassing and abusing officials and event staff physically, and/or through words and/or gestures and/or on social media (including before or after the actual event)
  3. Using inappropriate abusive or profane language or gestures at any time.
  4. Baiting or taunting an opposing team, its athletes, other coaches, or fans through acts or word of mouth that engender ill will between teams. Any form of taunting (including on social media) which is intended to embarrass, ridicule, demean, discriminate, and/or insult others under any circumstances is not allowed.
  5. Possessing and drinking of alcoholic beverages.
  6. Not observing instructions given by event staff.
  7. Causing disruptions, and/or delay to the event.
  8. Acts which compromises on the safety of the athletes.

Solicitation

Solicitation and promotional selling of merchandise is not tolerated at our events. Unauthorised individuals trying to sell services or products (e.g. choreography/coaching services, merchandise, etc) at the event on venue property, or at official hotel property will be removed from the premises immediately and will be refused entry into the event and/or have their merchandise confiscated.
